I am a certified Integral Coach as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute’s Counseling Psychology Master’s program and New Ventures West’s coaching certification program. I am a graduate of the Hakomi Method, a mindfulness body-centered psychotherapy and founded, Mindful Diversity, a heart-centered framework for navigating difference.
Before pursuing this path, I worked as a web developer/designer and manager at a design firm and a few startups. Though fascinated with web technology, I found my real passion was in the relationships with the people I worked with and managed. Having grown up in a multiracial household, I learned at an early age about the value of differing perspectives not only in communication styles and cultural values, but also in spiritual beliefs. I bring this awareness of complexity to my work.
I also bring my meditation practice and deep inquiry to my work. My journey has included introspection in a forest monastery in the mountains of Thailand to numerous transformative training programs. Through these programs I have cultivated rich communities of practice that continue to feed my personal growth as a professional and as a human being.
