Therapy Sessions
Having someone walk alongside you as you grapple with life’s challenges can be tremendously healing and rewarding. Working therapeutically can be great for someone interested in exploring their inner terrain especially work around relationships. We can dive in more deeply into limiting patterns that block you.
Couples Work
I believe growth can happen so much more effectively when done in relationship than on your own. Together you can:
- Learn clear communication
- Identify negative patterns and shift them
- Deepen connection and intimacy
- Take home tools to support ongoing growth
Length and Duration
Length of the session varies depending on the needs of the client. Longer sessions (1.5 hours) are best initially to get started, then can change to shorter sessions once the couple is able to practice at home. Duration of work tends to be shorter for lightly engrained patterns and high engagement in the homework.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
